NOTICE

Written test for the post of lower Division Clerk (LDC) shall be held on 24.08.2008 (Sunday) from 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon. The admit cards along with the information regarding Roll Number and Test Centre, have already been issued to the eligible candidates by U.P.C. In case of non receipt of Admit Card by 20.08.2008, the candidates may contact between 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM from 21.08.2008 along with Photo –ID but not later than 23.08.2008 to the In charge, Administrative Branch –II, Room No. 308, 3rd Floor, Tis Hazari courts, Delhi – 110054.

As per letter dated 18/07/08 received from the office of Principal Accounts Office, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, A-Block, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi that the GPF Accounts of Group ‘D’ Employees will be maintained by the concerned Pay & Accounts Office instead of this office.

All the Group ‘D’ Employees of this office whose date of joining is prior to 01.01.2004 are directed to collect the fresh GPF Account Number Allotment forms alongwith GPF nomination forms from GPF seat, Room No. 124, Accounts Branch, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi submit the same upto 10/08/2008 positively.

All the Group ‘D’ Employees are directed to deposit their passbooks with the Accounts Branch immediately so that the same be completed /updated.

NOTICE

(UNDER RULE 17, CHAPTER 16, PART F OF DELHI HIGH COURT)

It is to bring to the notice of General Public that during the weeding out of old record, original document belonging to private person or to government as a party to the proceeding have bee separated and preserved. The document shall be kept in the Record Room for the period of six month from the date of issue of the notice and shall be kept at their risk. In case of failure to collect the same, the original document shall be destroyed at risk of the parties to whom such document belongs. The person claiming the document should make the application to The Officer Incharge of Record Rooms of concerned courts for the return of such document.
